“Music is an agreeable harmony for the honor of God and the permissible delights of the soul.” Johann Sebastian Bach
Jim Myers, our wonderful choir and a special guest soloist from Boston Conservatory, Christopher Humbert, will share their harmonious gifts with us (a week from Sunday) (this coming Sunday), March 26, for a special Bach Sunday worship service.
The congregation will sing Bach hymns including Come Holy Spirit and Glorious Things of Thee are Spoken. Jim will offer Bach’s English Suite III as a postlude. And our guest Christopher Humbert will bring his rich baritone voice to several of Bach’s classic works including, for this season of Lent, St. John’s Passion.
Christopher is completing his master’s degree in Opera at Boston Conservatory, having performed across the country at Carnegie Hall, the Florida Grand Opera and the Opera Theater ofSaint Louis. He is also currently staring as Figaro at the Boston Conservatory production of The Marriage of Figaro, and Chris will soon be joining the Chicago Lyric Opera.
Come make a joyful noise on March 26th and bring family, friends and neighbors for this special Lenten service.

Sunday School
Each week, we have Sunday school for children of all ages. Together, they watch a video from the "Holy Moly" series, which provides a fun and thought-provoking presentation of a Bible story. Children then get to discuss the lesson of the scripture and do a craft together.
Children begin worship in the sanctuary, and then are dismissed after the Children's Message to Sunday School.
Following worship, all are invited to a time of fellowship (with snacks!).
