Sponsor the 2022 Apple Harvest Fair or Donate toward the Silent Auction

About the Fair & Proceeds:

The Apple Harvest Fair is an East Walpole tradition that's been going on for over 50 years!  Proceeds of the fair and silent auction are used to support our neighbors in need with food and shelter insecurities in the Walpole and Greater Boston area, as well as offset overhead costs that allow use of the church building to other non-profits such as the American Red Cross, AA, Boy Scouts of America and others. 

What to donate:

  • Donate a gift card to your business that can be added to our Silent Auction

  • Donate a physical "in-kind" item or basket that can be added to our Silent Auction

  • Sponsor the fair with a monetary donation - which will go toward the out-of-pocket expenses of hosting the fair. 


  • Please complete the donation form on this webpage so we know what to expect and can prep marketing materials 

  • Donations must be in hand by September 7th, 2021

  • Donations can be

As a thank you for making our fair possible with your donations, we are increasing our marketing span and will include:​

  • Shout-outs on Social Media

  • Silent Auction donors will be listed as the donor on their item in our virtual silent auction with links to your website

  • Sponsor with monetary donations will be added to signage at the fair

  • All sponsors & donors will be thanked on our Apple Harvest Fair webpage

  • If you wish to remain a silent donor please indicate on the web form when submitting your donation.
